From being the cute kid on Barney to becoming one of Hollywood's bombshells, Gomez has made quite the statement. Ever since leaving Disney and the series "Wizards of Waverly Place", Gomez has stuck to form-fitting and cleavage baring ensembles. Yet, not every "Selenator" is pleased with the transition, some support Gomez's fashion change.

Still, some critics claim Selena takes cue from former Disney star, Miley Cyrus as well when it comes to her get-ups. Like Miley, Selena has been donning cropped tops to hip-hop inspired clothing. However, Selena's red carpet gowns are a far cry from that of Miley's style which sometimes border on "too much."

Before Selena Gomez rocked the red carpet in high fashion attires and rocking sleek heels, the 21-year old stuck to the jeans and Converse pair of shoes looks like "Twilight" actress, Kristen Stewart. Of course, with an efficient fashion team behind Selena every step of the way, the red carpet ensembles have gone from "giggly cute" to "glamorous gal."

Apart from the red carpet attires, Gomez has pretty much changed her interview outfits as well. Even the magazine covers have become mature. Heck, Gomez has already graced the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine proving well enough she's already grown up.
