Kate Middleton 34th birthday: Buckingham Palace tweets throwback picture; Astrologer predicts third baby for the Duchess

Buckingham Palace took to Twitter and tweeted a throwback picture of Kate Middleton in her schooldays on Saturday. The Palace wished her a Happy Birthday via the tweet. Kate celebrated her 34th birthday on Saturday.

The picture shows Kate smiling when she was a schoolgirl. The picture has been merged with another picture of hers when she attended the Christmas celebrations at the Anna Freud Centre Family School Christmas Party in London in December. “Wishing The Duchess of Cambridge @KensingtonRoyal a very happy birthday! #HappyBirthdayHRH,” the palace tweeted .

It is not known what she did to mark the occasion, but it is thought she could have celebrated with a quiet candlelit dinner with her husband, Prince William, Mirror UK reports. A palace source told that she would be celebrating her birthday “privately.”

On the occasion of the brunette beauty’s birthday, People shared a picture of the Duchess roller skating in 2008. The then 26-year-old Kate helped organise the Day glow midnight charity event in London.

She was dressed in yellow hot pants, a green sequined halter neck top paired with bright pink pair of roller skates and pink leg warmers. Kate skated around the room, helping hand out canapés, sausage rolls with friend Holly Branson. Also spotted in a corner was Princess Beatrice and boyfriend Dave Clarke.

Kate let down her hair, had fun and raised some cash in the process for a children’s hospital ward.

Meanwhile, Diana’s go-to astrologer Penny Thornton said that this year will not be smooth sailing for Kate. She said that Kate’s stars indicate that 2016 may prove to be a challenging year for the royal, where “joy looks to be balanced with heartache and controversy,” People reports. Thornton added that “the instability surrounding Kate’s home life may well reflect the arrival of a new baby and the disruption to the domestic schedule.”
