Kate Middleton: Royal Bodyguard Suggests Duchess Should Not Stay at Parents' Home After Giving Birth
Kate Middleton is now on maternity leave most likely excited in counting down the days until her baby's Royal arrival. The Duchess of Cambridge plans to reside with her parents in Bucklebury after she gives birth but a former Royal bodyguard suggests Kate should think of staying in a more secured place.
According to the Daily Star report, Ken Wharfe made the suggestion because he believes that Kate Middleton's choice to stay at her parent's home could end up in a paparazzi disaster. Wharfe, who served as a bodyguard to the late Princess Diana, claimed that the Middleton neighbors will be upset with the media swarming the area and possibly trample on with property and even privacy at any time of the day.
Ken Wharfe further asserted that the cost implications could increase from hundreds to thousands of pounds. The Royal couple is expecting the arrival of their first baby approximately on July 11 in a tiny and modest nursery.
Once the Royal baby arrives, an announcement will be made at the gates of Buckingham Palace as well as on social networking site Twitter. A Kensington Palace spokesperson stated: "While it is a deeply personal and private event, the Duke and Duchess realize this is a time of national celebration and that there will be vast interest in the baby. They realize many people will want to share in their happiness."
The very pregnant Kate Middleton is now avoiding social functions with the fear of going into an early labor. Prince William attended the wedding of his friend, Thomas van Straubenzee, as the best man over the weekend but his wife was nowhere to be seen due to the obvious reason.
Kate Middleton, 31, was reportedly upset that she was not able to attend the wedding ceremony but she did not want to unexpectedly experience delivering her baby during the occasion. Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge revealed that they still do not know the gender of their baby but a UK bookmarking firm assumes that it is a girl.
A number of baby names for a boy or a girl have already surfaced but the higher chance of being selected are the names Diana and Charlotte. People reports that other possible names for the Royal baby if it is a girl includes Alice, Frances, Mary, Victoria and Elizabeth while the name George is on the top of the list if it is a boy since there has already been six King Georges in the past counting Queen Elizabeth's father.
