Kate Middleton Spotted Shopping at Affordable Clothing Store, Zara [PHOTOS]

After making London the new fashion capital of the world, Kate Middleton was spotted eyeing new items from hip clothing store Zara.

The Duchess of Cambridge has already proven a couple of times that she is unlike any royal, or celebrities that hog on clothes and designer items. First, she announced that she doesn't have a stylist, and second, Kate has repeated a couple of ensembles for high profile events. The Duchess adds another layer to her practicality when she chose to shop for herself in the affordable but trendy boutique, Zara.

In a witness report, Kate Middleton was spotted eyeing the store's latest items and looked around for a few minutes before the Duchess left the establishment located at Duke of Yorke Square.

"She came in, and she left after a few minutes." says a source in a report by Hollywood Life. Clerks and those inside the store think Middleton might have been looking for something particular and left when she found out it was not available.

It has been said that Zara is one of the fashionable Duchess' favorite shops to visit for some retail therapy. One proof of her loyalty to the Spanish fashion house is the $84 periwinkle blue dress she wore after the morning of her wedding. The Duchess' younger sister, Pippa, is said to also be a huge fan of the store that has hundreds of chains around the globe.

Earlier today, London has replaced the city of New York as the new fashion capital of the world. According to factual buzzword analysis, this surprising change of hierarchy was caused by the public's reaction to the wedding dress the Duchess wore on the day of her wedding.
