The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton has already turned 30 and now it's time to plan out William's 30th birthday bash that will happen later this week.

The Duke of Cambridge will turn 30 on Thursday, June 21 and there could no other be on top of organizing the event other than his wife Kate Middleton. The Duchess of Cambridge is planning to throw a private party for Prince William to mark his 30th birthday.

Kate has reportedly been consulting some of William's best friends as well as nightclub owner Guy Pully to recreate a nightclub themed party in one of the royal property venues. According to reports by Now magazine, it will either be at the Highgrove House in Gloucestershire or the Kensington Palace in London.

On top of it all, the Duchess of Cambridge has reportedly put in a lot of effort in her special gift. Kate was heard to have posed for a painting by Nicky Phillips. Her father-in-law, Prince Charles, was said to have conspired with Kate, so the Duchess could present the gift to William on Thursday.

"Firstly, she wants to make him a scrapbook of their life together. It will include snaps of every holiday they've been on, memorabilia of special moments in their relationship and a heartfelt birthday message," a source told Now magazine.

"Not only that, she's also making him a mixtape - well, an iPod playlist - of songs that have special meaning to them."

Despite their busy schedule due to royal duties including the Diamond Jubilee activities for the Queen, Kate was said to have managed and found time to organize her husband's birthday in order to make it more personal.
