Katherine Schwarzenegger Defends Younger Brother Patrick, Tells Haters To 'Get A Life'
Katherine Schwarzenegger broke her silence on Twitter as she defended younger brother Patrick who was accused of cheating on girlfriend Miley Cyrus after pictures of him getting touchy-feely with a bikini-clad Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority sister spread throughout social media.
In support of her younger brother, Katherine herself took to Twitter and said, "A lot of you guys spreading hate need Jesus in your lives ASAP,” and also retweeted her brother’s message that read, "Girls have guy friends and guys have friends that are girls…" One particular follower voiced out her opinion to say that the pictures, including one where Patrick appeared to do body shots off the girl, were “insensitive,” to which Katherine fired back with a short “ever heard of spring break?!” reply, E! reported. Big sister has recently gushed her seal of approval towards her brother’s relationship with pop star singer Miley, saying that she finds the couple “adorable.”
Patrick, a student at the University of Southern California, was placed on the hot seat after Twitter users were quick to judge his pictures taken during his spring break in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son, who was “devastated” to find how people misinterpreted the photos, sent tweets to defend himself, insisting that the girl he was linking shoulders with in the photos was the girlfriend of one his best friends and that he would never do anything to betray his own girlfriend, ET Online stated.
Despite Patrick’s defenses, sources found it hard to argue that the pictures look a bit “shady” and that it could be easily seen how people could accuse him of being unfaithful to his girlfriend. It is still unclear how the “Wrecking Ball” singer would react to the rumors and is still yet to respond to him when he gets back to Los Angeles. The two have been dating for five months, and have seemed to get “very serious.”
