Dannii Minogue has confirmed in a recent interview that that she has no plans to return as judge for 'The X Factor.' Does this mean Katy Perry is the possible replacement?

News of the 40-year-old celebrity returning to be the shows judge after Kelly Rowland left has been buzzing around lately. But in her interview with Marie-Claire Magazine where she was also featured on the cover, she has no plans of moving to the UK because of her son, Ethan.

Dannii Minogue's recent split with her boyfriend has set her priorities straight. She shared to the Australian edition of the magazine that Ethan has been taking swimming lessons and that she does not want him to follow wherever she may go for work. Minogue's UK comeback started circulating just after the controversial end of the Dannii Kris relationship.

Katy Perry To Take Over?

Katy Perry once had a chance to be a guest judge for the show in 2010. Now that Dannii is out, the speculations of Perry joining the judges' panel is growing. Teenage heartthrob, Justin Bieber, even triggered the rumours by saying that the 'Part of Me' singer is the most ideal candidate for the spot.
