Katy Perry On Selling Her NYC Property, Plans to Release Acoustic Album
Katy Perry seems to be unstoppable in moving forward with an open heart as she sells her NYC property. This property was said to be the 'love nest' of the singer and her ex, Russel Brand.
The said property is a duplex measuring about 1,500 square foot. It is located right on North Moore Street, with an amazing view of the entire New York City. The pop star sold the property for the same amount when she purchased it, which is $2.75 million.
When Katy bought the duplex in September 2010, they have already purchased an LA home with four bedrooms. When Brand filed for the divorce by December, he has agreed to let Perry decide on the property that amounted to $6.5 million.
On Making An Acoustic Album
The 'Part of Me' singer also revealed how much she is looking forward to make an album that would show the stripped side of her talent- an acoustic album. Patty Griffin remains to be one of her idolized inspirations for this possible future project.
For the meantime, fans can wait for the singer's 'dark' third studio album.
