Katy Perry has released her second single from her upcoming album "Prism" and it is a love song called "Unconditionally." The power ballad has the 28-year-old songstress singing about unconditional love with lyrics like, "Oh no, did I get too close? / Oh, did I almost see what's really on the inside? / All your insecurities / All the dirty laundry / Never made me blink one time."

The track is produced by Dr. Luke and Cirkut and serves as the follow-up of her chart-topping and platinum-selling lead single "Roar." The second song that was allegedly leaked online this week is a peppy one and it's called "Birthday."

"But when you're with me / I'll give you a taste / Make it like your birthday everyday / I know you like it sweet / So you can have your cake / Give you something good to celebrate," sings the beautiful singer.

A lot is happening in Katy Perry's life these days. The sexy songstress has also announced that she is the new face of the venerable "CoverGirl" cosmetics brand.

"BEAUTIFUL news to share w/you all. Today is my 1st day as a @COVERGIRL! See what happens when you let the light in? #COVERGIRLKATY," she tweeted.

"Roar," the first single from the new album, became Perry's 10th No. 1 Top 40 track. Perry also introduced her new song "Walking on Air" on "Saturday Night Live" last week to perform on "Roar," too.

"It's a love song and it's different from 'Roar' - it's not eighth-notey," Perry said of the song during an interview with Ace Showbiz several weeks ago. "And I think it's a universal love song that everyone's going to be able to relate to no matter the age, no matter male or female," she added.

Perry is all ready to release her latest album "Prism" on Oct 22 via Capitol Records. The album will also include "Dark Horse" and "Walking on Air."
