Kelly Osbourne Slams Kate Middleton for Recycling Clothes [PHOTOS]

It seems like Kelly Osbourne takes her "Fashion Police" gig seriously as she flames the Duchess for wearing the same dresses in public gatherings.

The daughter of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne has a lot to say about Kate Middleton's "thrifty" style. While talking to Jay Leno on his show, the "Fashion Police" presenter spilled what she thinks about Catherine's fashion statement. "In England they are like 'look how thrifty she's being', showing the British public that the Royals are in a recession as well. Only in this country they call it a faux pas" deliberately says Kelly in the interview as reported by Aol.co.uk.

Kelly Osbourne then continues "Well I'm sorry but if I had that job I would only wear it once. If I am going to be the future bloody Queen of England I'm going to wear that dress once because I'm giving up the rest of my life, all of my privacy, at least I can get a new dress every day". Kelly was referring to how the Duchess wore the green Catherine Walker dress to Zara Phillip's wedding reception, the same dress she wore not long ago during the royal couple's California visit.

The Duchess also repeated a cream coat for the wedding ceremony, the same thing she wore in the 2006 wedding of Camilla Parker Bowle's daughter Laura. Before hosting E!'s Fashion Police, a show where stars are criticized about their clothes and their style, Kelly hosted the reality show "Project Catwalk", a British version of Bravo TV's "Project Runway".

Meanwhile, Sharon Osbourne revealed that Amy Winehouse was the first person Kelly "loved and lost", and that the young tv presenter is dealing with the death "quite hard". On the day after Winehouse's death, Kelly tweeted "i cant even breath right my now im crying so hard i just lost 1 of my best friends. i love you forever Amy!"
