Khloe Kardashian Didn’t Get ‘Closure’ She Longs For With Ex-Husband Lamar Odom
Khloe Kardashian recently posted a poem on Instagram which led several news entertainment websites to believe that the said quote was intended for her estranged husband, Lamar Odom. Apparently, Khloe posted a message about "closure" in relationship on the day that Lamar celebrated his 35th birthday.
"Like time suspended, a wound unmended, you and I," the first verse of the short poem said. "We had no ending, no said goodbye, for all my life, I'll wonder why."
Although Khloe didn't really say for whom the message is for, news entertainment websites speculated that the mysterious poem could be dedicated to Lamar. Khloe has filed from divorce from Lamar in December, but the former NBA player has not signed his part on the proceeding.
Khloe's Instagram post could mean that she is still confused about why her marriage with Lamar didn't work out, Mail Online reports. According to a news article by Yahoo, Khloe's post about closure is definitely a message for Lamar. She has taken her messages to social media, especially on Lamar's birthday, in hopes that his ex-husband will have an idea about how she really feels about him.
The short poem was a quote from author and artist Lang Leav from her book titled "Love & Misadventure." "Exciting to see my poem become such a mystery with many wondering who the author is," Leav said on her website.
Meanwhile, a source told Hollywood Life that the 30-year-old reality TV star actually phoned Lamar on his birthday. The source revealed that Lamar and Khloe always talk. She called him just to wish him a happy birthday. It was a very short conversation. The former couple also didn't talk about Khloe's rekindled romance with French Montana.
Lamar, on the other hand, is thankful that he is alive and healthy on his 35th birthday. He has had time to sort out his priorities, such as his responsibilities with his family and children. In addition, Lamar has had time to ponder on the things that he did wrong when he was still with Khloe. Lamar is not depressed that he doesn't have a basketball career or a successful marriage, he is just trying to keep his center just when life pushes him off balance.
