Following the conclusion of “I Am Cait” last week, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” returns on air this Sunday. In a sneak peek to the premiere episode, Khloe Kardashian confesses how she’s so happy that her sister, Kim Kardashian, is pregnant. She also reveals that Kim’s weight gain during pregnancy helps her ego. [Scroll down for video]

“I really like, thrived when you were fat and pregnant, like, compared you to a whale? That was the first time ever that I was the thin one,” said Khloe, as she contemplates the pregnancy with Kim.

The video captured the moment when Kim tells a family member about her second pregnancy for the first time. She tells Khloe that her daughter North was actually the first one to be told, but she probably doesn’t understand what that really means yet. Khloe is visibly ecstatic to receive the news.

She tells her sister to take things easy now that she’s finally pregnant. She says that she gets really protective over her sisters especially when they are pregnant. Kim tells her how she has been resting and putting her workouts on hold for the time being.

Later in the pregnancy, Kim did resume her fitness regimen, which has helped her maintain a healthier pregnancy weight compared with the first time around. As Khloe said, Kim got a lot of criticism for the weight she gained when she was pregnant with North. It was later revealed that her weight gain was not a simple case of a diet and exercise issues. Kim actually had a string of serious medical issues during her pregnancy, which led to bloating and other physical side effects.

"Keeping Up With the Kardashians" returns to E! on Monday at 9:30 p.m. AEST with a four-part special coverage of Kim and Khloe's trip to Armenia.
