Khloe Kardashian Shows Off Mug Shot, Wishes Her Partner in Crime Scot Disick a Happy Birthday
A mug shot may not be the most appealing picture of Khloe Kardashian but the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star chose to use it as a birthday greeting in Instagram for her friend Scott Disick. The Daily Mail reports say that Khloe made the picture look like they were on America's Most Wanted list using their mug shots. Fans were not too happy with this joke though as some of them have turned to Twitter to air their disbelief.
The 29-year-old reality star was arrested for driving under the influence on March 4, 2007 then she turned herself to the police the next year after violating her probation, according to Us Magazine. However, she didn't spend much time in jail as it was overcrowded. The KUWTK star has only been in for less than three hours instead of her maximum 30-day penalty.
Fellow reality star and businessman Scott Disick was also arrested and found guilty of DUI, according to WetPaint reports, when he crashed his car in Riverhead, New York back in 2001. According to E Online, Lord Disick checked himself to rehab and has long been able to avoid driving while intoxicated. He is the partner of Kourtney Kardashian and he is celebrating his 31st birthday today.
Although these arrests were already a thing of the past and people have moved on from them, Khloe seemed to find it amusing as she pairs their pictures side by side and captioned it, "Happy birthday to my partner in crime @letthelordbewithyou I love you LD!!"
Some people who have seen the post then calls out Khloe for not taking DUIs seriously, according to the Hollywood Life. There was even one that said "just when you think a slimy family can't sink any lower, they rebound #idiot DUI not funny." However, there were also some who have taken the post light-heartedly.
The family was just returning from celebrating Kim and Kanye's wedding but they are already beset by controversies. Rob Kardashian left early due to rumours of having problems with Kim while Khloe and Kourtney will be seen in their new neighbourhood at the Hamptons for the spinoff of their KUWTK series.
