Former “24” actor, Kiefer Sutherland has expressed concerns over his friend, embattled “Two and a Half Men” actor, Charlie Sheen.

Exposay.com said Sutherland, who was Sheen’s co-star in “The Three Musketeers” and “Young Guns” has admitted he is worried of Sheen’s ‘erratic behavior’ and conveyed his sympathies for Charlie’s father, Martin Sheen. The older Sheen has recently been interviewed by a British interviewer on Charlie’s troubles.

Kiefer recalled how the older Sheen attested his love for Charlie and vowed to ‘love him more’ amidst his son’s recent challenges.

“He as a father said, ‘You have to love more’. And as a father, that really touched me. And so with regards to Charlie, I mean he’s one of those cats that always seem to land on his feet and I wish him the best,” Sutherland was quoted as saying by Exposay.com.

Sutherland added, “I care a lot about him. And obviously, like a lot of people you get worried, but it’s not something I know a whole lot about.”

The Jack Bauer of “24” has also confessed he is unaware of Charlie’s recent troubles, noting that he has no computer to keep him updated about his friend’s issues.

“I haven’t watched a whole lot of it. I’m the last person I know without a computer and I’m not into all of that stuff yet,” Sutherland was quoted saying in an interview with “The View”.

The actor has nothing but good words on the former star of “Two and Half Men”. He said, “I know Charlie as a really funny, talented, loyal, fiercely loyal guy. And clearly people are concerned about him and worried about him.

Sutherland is currently busy promoting his new project, "That Championship Season". He had appeared on CBS Sunday Morning and "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon". He was accompanied by co-star Jim Gaffigan in a promotional guest appearance on "The View" early this week.

The actor is known for his outstanding performances on "Phonebooth" (2002) opposite Colin Farrell and "The Lost Boys" (1987).
