Kim Kardashian And Kris Jenner Fight Over The Same New York City Apartment

In this week's episode of "Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons," Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner are in the east coast to visit and also to look at some properties for sale. Things went sour when Kim discovered that her mom had been going behind her back to purchase an apartment that she was looking at for her family.

Kris, Kim and Kendall Jenner were all in The Hamptons to visit Khloe, Kourtney and Kourtney's family. While there, the group checked out their DASH boutiques in the area. At the same time, Kim took the opportunity to look at some apartments in New York City. She explained that while Kanye already has an apartment in New York, she wanted to look for a new place that would suit their growing family.

Kim went to see a gorgeous 4,895-square-foot apartment with her mom, Kris Jenner. Both of them were thoroughly impressed by it and Kim told Kris afterward that her realtor suggested that she should make an offer. She said that quality apartments like the one that she wanted were sold very quickly and she needed to act fast if she wanted to buy it.

Despite gushing over the apartment when she saw it, Kris told Kim that she needs to chill and not rush into making such an extravagant purchase. She pointed out that Kim and Kanye were still renovating their Los Angeles home and they already had an existing apartment in New York anyway. Kim agreed with what Kris said and decided to let go of the property.

Things became interesting when some documents arrived for Kris while she was away and Kim received them from the courier. She saw that it was an offer to buy the apartment that she wanted. At first Kim was confused but she eventually figured out that Kris had gone behind her back to make an offer on the place that she wanted.

Kim was furious and decided to give Kris a dose of her own medicine by countering her offer with a bigger one. Kris found out through her assistant that Kim had made a bigger offer on the property and confronted Kim. Kim was livid and told Kris that she was appalled by her mom's sneaky behaviour.

Kris justified her actions by saying that Kim had already passed up on the place before she made her own offer. Kim said that she only passed on the opportunity because of what Kris said and now Kris is the one showing her hidden agenda because she apparently wanted the place for herself. Kris defended herself by saying that she wanted to surprise Kim that she had bought the place. Kim didn't buy her excuse and was still furious.

A short while later, Kim found out that someone had made a cash offer on the place. She thought this was outrageous and asked Kris if the offer was from her. Kris said that she didn't make the offer and they both realised that they were both outbid by someone else.

After losing out on somebody else, the biddng war and tension between the two came to an end. Kris apologised again and Kim forgave her. She was forgiven but Kim smashed a cupcake on her face just to playfully make her pay for being shady. The whole thing turned into a food fight with Kourtney looking amused as Kim and Kris made a mess out of the beach house.
