Kylie Jenner Buys A New Mansion, Gets Ready To Move Out Of Kris Jenner's Home
17-year-old Kylie Jenner may be the youngest member of the wildly popular Kardashian Jenner brood, but she’s not far behind her older siblings in the real estate department. After big purchases by Kim, Kourtney and Khloe last year, it appears that Kylie Jenner will also be buying a mansion of her own.
E News confirms that the youngest member of Kris and Bruce Jenner’s brood is getting ready to move out. Despite this, the report states that Kylie has chosen a home that is also in the Calabasas neighbourhood. The Jenner home where she currently lives with her mom is also in Calabasas. The homes of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West as well as those of Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are also in the same community. Older brother Rob lives with Khloe in Calabasas and it’s now only Kendall Jenner who has chosen to live in an apartment on the other side of town.
The report shows photos of the mansion which is a two-story Mediterranean style villa. There are reportedly five bedrooms and five and a half baths, which could easily accommodate frequent family visits. Kylie can also have some friends over and they can chill out using two entertainment centres with built-in giant TV screens. Kylie and her guests can also enjoy the California sun while lounging by her pool and spa.
The new mansion, playfully dubbed “Chateau Kylie” by E News, reportedly set her back US$2.7 million. The site further reports that Kylie is scheduled to move sometime in August, just after she turns 18. Her older sister Kendall also moved out of the family home when she turned 18 over a year ago.
Season 10 of the family’s reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” is set to premiere on March 15. At the time of filming, Kylie, Kim Kardashian, her baby North West, along with her husband Kanye, were still living with Kris Jenner in the family home. Kim and the rest of the West family recently moved into their newly renovated home. With Kylie reportedly also moving out, filming future seasons of the reality show will be more challenging than it used to be.
