The developer of the award-winning game "L.A. Noire" has entered administration, according to a report from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

The embattled developer has been embroiled in a working conditions scandal over the last few months as former employees criticized the company for poor working conditions and not crediting employees in the company's smash hit "L.A. Noire."

Team Bondi's "L.A. Noire" was a runaway success but the game took six years to develop and left the company in dire financial straits. Rockstar Games has confirmed that it will no longer be publishing the company's next game. The lack of commitment from the company's publisher and the massive amount it spent in development and research for sister company Depth Analysis left the company in a financial loss.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission appointed Riad Tayeh and David Solomons of de Vries Tayeh as Team Bondi's joint administrations on Tuesday. The appointment comes as rumors surface about the company being sold to filmmaker George Miller KMM. Neither Team Bondi, KKM, nor De Vries Tayeh has released a statement about the truth in the rumored transaction.

KKM Studios already employs many of Team Bondi's previous staff, including creative director Brendan McNamara who founded the studio.

A creditor's meeting is scheduled to take place tomorrow in Sydney.
