Lamar Odom has been under the radar these past few months. Recently, Odom has been spotted at a club in Hollywood. Odom, who is coping with his failed marriage with reality TV star Khloe Kardashian and botched National Basketball Association, or NBA, career, said he is doing good and making it after a rough few years in his personal life and career.

TMZ Sports caught up with Odom at Hooray Henry's in West Hollywood on Dec. 5. The former NBA player was reportedly having a night out with a bunch of his pals.

Odom started talking to one of his friends and he said how things have been going great for him. "I've never been better in my life," he was quoted as saying.

It is the first time that Odom has been seen in the public since May, when he was refused entry at a club because his estranged wife Khloe and her recent on-off love interest French Montana was inside, TMZ Sports further reported. The report said that Odom has apparently been keeping himself busy with training and workouts.

In July, Odom was dropped by the New York Knicks after he failed to meet the team's crucial requirements. Knicks' President Phil Jackson said they needed to free up the roster spot because Odom was "unable to uphold the standards to return as an NBA player."

Meanwhile, Odom's ex-wife Khloe has parted ways with French, US Weekly reported. It has been said that Odom may have been the reason why the 30-year-old reality TV star decided to take a break from her romance with French.

The source said that Khloe was just not ready for a serious relationship after all the drama she has experienced with Odom, with whom she filed for divorce in December 2013 following his alleged cheating and drug abuse. They were together for four years.

Khloe has been spending more time with her family. She hosted the Thanksgiving dinner for the Kardashian clan at her home. Khloe also had a pre-Christmas party with her sisters Kim, Kourtney, and Kendall Jenner on Dec. 3.
