Two weeks ahead of the launch of Samsung’s new Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, official images of the two devices have been leaked online. The South Korean company already announced the “Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2015” event on Aug. 13 at the Lincoln Center in New York.

Ahead of the event, serial tipster Evan Blass posted an image on Twitter, claiming to be the official press renders of both new devices, along with the specifications of the Galaxy Note 5. The Galaxy Note 5, also known as Project Noble, looks more like a sequential upgrade to the line.

According to Blass, the Galaxy Note 5 is expected to come packing a 5.66-inch Super AMOLED QHD display at 2560 x 1440 resolutions for 519ppi. The device will be powered by an Exynos 7420 Snapdragon octa-core processor pooled with 4GB RAM. It will include 32GB internal storage and sport a 16 megapixel rear camera combined with a 5 megapixel front snapper. The Galaxy Note 5 is expected ship with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. The image also shows the Stylus Pen that is due to be included with the Galaxy Note 5. As mentioned by Blass, because of the metal and glass design, the Note 5 will not feature a removable battery and expandable storage options.

As the name suggests, the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus looks exactly like a bigger S6 Edge, reports The Verge. According to the previous speculations, the device will sport a curved display on both sides and will be powered the Exynos 7420 instead of a Snapdragon 808. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus is likely to come equipped with 5.5-inch display, 16MP rear camera with OIS, 5MP front-facing camera, 4K video recording and a 3,000mAh battery. The phone will be packed with 3GB of RAM. The storage options may remain the same as seen in Galaxy S6 with 64GB as the base model.

As indicated by The Korea Herald, the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus would be launched worldwide. However, the Galaxy Note 5 could be launched in South Korea and the US, the traditionally strong markets for Samsung.
