'Lucifer' season 4: Someone is pregnant

There will be some interesting stories to look forward to in “Lucifer” season 4. Someone is reportedly pregnant! It isn’t clear who it is yet, but there are a few candidates that are ready for motherhood on the show, and here’s a look at who they are.

According to a scoop by TVLine, someone will be having a baby in the next season. Details about this storyline are currently being kept under wraps, but the fans may find out more when the first trailer is released and the cast members start promoting the show.

Among the ladies on the show, Chloe (Lauren German) is the most important character. The detective almost got married in the previous season, so there is a small chance that she got knocked up during her relationship with Marcus Pierce (Tom Welling). However, since she is the lead of the show it may be too much to add motherhood to the already complex relationships the character has to deal with.

Maze (Lesley-Ann Brandt) has mostly been on her own, and Trixie (Scarlett Estevez) is not really in a serious relationship.

One likely candidate that can be pregnant in the next season is Linda Martin (Rachael Harris). What is significant for the readers to note is that Harris’ character in the “Suits” TV series is also pregnant, so it would be convenient for her if her character in “Lucifer” too is pregnant.

Harris, 50, is expecting her second child with musician husband Christian Hebel, it was revealed earlier this year. She has an 18-month-old son Henry. The actress will have to manage her busy filming schedule and her personal life, and playing a pregnant character on her shows may make it a little easier.

There is also a new character being introduced in “Lucifer” season 4. Eve, the first woman from the Bible, will be back in Morningstar’s (Tom Ellis) life.
