'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' LMD season 4 episode 13 spoilers: Coulson wants to confront Radcliffe, furious after realising he fell in love with an LMD

Considering the recent events in the show, it looks like SHIELD is already in a good position; but they need to act quickly to regain the advantage. The team is actually in a more challenging spot now that Radcliffe has some big and bad Russians as backup.

In the previous episode, viewers saw the two Koenigs (Patton Oswalt) in an arcade practising their hoverboard skills. This happens while two watchdog agents are after them with a “no kill” order. They get confused when they discover that there are actually two of them. They engage in a firefight, but Billy gets taken in by the watchdogs. When Sam calls in Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg), he tells the team that Koenig has the Darkhold. They figure out that Dr. Holden Radcliffe (John Hannah) must have led Vijay Nadeer (Manish Dayal) to the Koenigs.

Later on, Billy got brought inside the Watchdogs submarine base where he was placed with Radcliffe, who also happens to be bound to a chair. Koenig does not recognise him, but Radcliffe says that the watchdogs have double crossed him after he told them that Koenig had the book. Koenig says that he does not know what he is talking about. Later, when Radcliffe maps out Billy’s brain, they realise that they have the same goals.

Now that Dr. Radcliffe has the Darkhold at the palm of his hands and the May (Ming Na Wen) LMD has been revealed to all, the team will have to deal with a combustible Inhuman who wants to do more than just blow up the organisation from its very roots. The trailer on YouTube shows Coulson appearing very angry and eager to confront Radcliffe in the episode titled "BOOM."

This is after they discover that the May that he had been romancing had been an LMD all along. The real May has actually been abducted. May and Coulson’s relationship had been growing deeper, that is until he found out that he was falling in love with an LMD instead of the real May.

The brief synopsis on the ABC website provides that Macy, Daisy Johnson (Chloe Bennet) and the rest of the SHIELD team should find a way to contain an Inhuman who can explode at will. In the meantime, Alphonso Mack (Henry Simmons) and Coulson will come face to face with Radcliffe’s inspiration for Aida (Mallory Jansen).

“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on ABC in the US. In Australia, it airs on SyFy.
