Mary-Kate Olsen Dating Former French President’s Brother Who is 17 Years Her Senior
Mary-Kate Olsen is reportedly dating a man 17 years her senior, but not just any man. Her rumored beau is the younger half brother of former French president, Nicolas Sarkozy.
Sources reveal that the 25-year old star-turned-designer is dating Olivier Sarkozy, a 42-year-old French asset-manager for a month now. And although they have an age difference of 17 years, the insider tells that it suits Mary-Kate just fine.
"MK is constantly complaining about boys not being mature enough for her. She got the kids out of her system. Now being a businesswoman dominates her time, and she is rarely impressed with guys," says the source on US Weekly.
According to a report from the New York Post, the two have been spotted together at the Hamptons during the Memorial Day weekend. In addition, the rumored couple are said to be "head over heels" for each other.
Olivier, Mary-Kate's rumored love interest has previously been married. He is the current managing director for Carlyle Group based in Washington D.C. After he separated from his wife Charlotte with whom he has two children with, he also dated actress, Stella Schnabel, for a year.
The asset manager is an unlikely mix into Mary-Kate's past boyfriends which included shipping heirs, actors and artists. She has dated Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos, Seth Campbell, Heath Ledger, Nate Lowman and Maxwell Snow.
Along with her blossoming love life, all seems to be going well for Mary-Kate as well as her twin sister Ashley. The two have been listed in fashion's top 30 names under 30. The former child stars made it to the list with the help of their multi million dollar fashion empire.
