Tyler Lockwood (Michael Trevino) made a heartbreaking exit in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 5, Episode 5 "Monster's Ball" when he left behind his lady love Caroline Forbes (Candice Accola) to have his revenge against mortal enemy Klaus Mikaelson (Joseph Morgan) in New Orleans. In a couple of interviews, Trevino, 28, gave fans a preview on his character's revenge and confrontation with Klaus as Tyler crosses over to the CW spin-off series "The Originals."

"Tyler being in New Orleans, you kind of have some new faces that he's never met before. Obviously this battle for New Orleans between Klaus and Marcel, I wouldn't be surprised if Tyler kind of makes new alliances with people," the actor teased on what could happen next in the TV series.

In an Access Hollywood interview, the entertainment news Web site asked Michael Trevino if his character has a death wish since he wants to go against the original vampire-werewolf hybrid Klaus. The actor responded, "At this point... what does he have to lose?... He just wants to ruin any kind of plan that Klaus has - anything that he has set in motion right now."

Trevino further revealed that his character will have a big confrontation with Klaus in Episode 7 "Bloodletting." Well, in general, viewers can expect more conflicts between the two characters in the upcoming "The Originals" episodes.

"There's gonna be a huge confrontation. [When you have] guys that are enemies and don't get along and somebody says something about somebody's ex-girlfriend or current girlfriend... then you just start fighting and that's kind of what happens here and it's a drawn out fight and I think fans are gonna like it," Michael shared.

Another interview with JustJaredJr had Michael Trevino declare that his character will be appearing in more than one episode of "The Originals." It looks like there is no stopping Tyler Lockwood with his vengeance on Klaus even if it will cost him his life.

Furthermore, the actor teased fans about the possibility of Tyler heading back home. "But I will also say I don't think that's the last time you'll see Tyler in Mystic Falls," Trevino stated.

Michael Trevino currently enjoys the opportunity to appear in both CW TV series. "It's fun because they are both in Atlanta... It ["The Originals"] has a different tone to it and it's very mature. That's why I was super psyched to hop over there and act with those guys," the actor revealed.

"The Originals" airs Tuesday nights at 8/7c on the CW Network.
