Microsoft is consistently offering attractive discounts on the Surface Pro 3 before the Windows 10 gets released in the coming summer. Rumours have it that its successor model, the Surface Pro 4 will be launched in the market with Windows 10 onboard.

The Surface Pro 3 is a very powerful 12-inch laptop-tablet hybrid device that offers best of both the worlds is yet again available with an attractive discount for users in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. The Surface Pro 3 is now listed with a price cut of up to $150 on the Microsoft Store. Here is the listing of all the Surface Pro 3 variants along with the discounted price:

  • The Intel Core i5 model that features 128 GB storage and 4 GB of RAM is now priced at $899. The usual price of the device is $999.
  • The Intel Core i5 variant with 256 GB storage and 8 GB of RAM is now costing $1,149. Normally, it is available for $1,299.
  • The Intel Core i7 variant that comprises of 256 GB storage and 8 GB of RAM is available for $1,399 after a price cut of $150.
  • The Intel Core i7 device that comes with 512 GB storage and 8 GB of RAM is also available with a price cut of $150. It now carries a price tag of $1,799.
  • There is no price cut on Intel Core i3 model featuring 64 GB storage and 4 GB of RAM. It is priced at $799.

Also, Microsoft is giving away free sleeves with the Surface Pro 3. It is a limited time offer that will expire on April 5. Microsoft is also running another offer that offers up to $300 discount on the Surface Pro 3 bundle. On the product page, Microsoft has compared to the Surface Pro 3 with the 13-inch MacBook Air and states that the latter does weighs 2.96 pounds and does not come with a touchscreen display whereas the former weights only 1.76 pounds and comes with a multi-touch display.
