Miley Cyrus is a big star who gets caught into controversy sometimes intentionally and sometimes without even knowing. The latest controversy that the 21-year-old singer has been caught in involves a crazy $125000 money-pilfering scheme related to her fake concert. No, the singer herself didn't do anything. According to various reports, a woman claiming to be her booking agent has siphoned off the money from a concert promotion company in Miami. Let's find out the details.

Miley was originally scheduled to perform her New Year's bash at in Miami's Fontainebleau. One Florida based company booked the singer for Miami South Beach Outdoor Festival on January 1 with a woman who said she was her booking agent. However, it turns out that the woman who took the whopping $125000 from the company was not Miley's agent at all! She told the company that she will pass on the money to the singer's real agents. But it never happened and the entire money was cleared off by the unknown woman.

The Florida based company is now filing a lawsuit against the unknown woman who claimed to be Miley's wrongful booking agent. Miley Cyrus' representatives were contacted by TMZ and they denied any involvement in the case saying they do not have any connection with the unnamed woman at all.

Miley Cyrus is not directly involved in the case. A big relief for the Smilers! Let's take you back to the tweets when Miley said she was disappointed that she would not be able to perform in Miami on New Year. Get more details here. "I'm bummed I won't be in Miami, wanna thank the homies @Fontainebleau 4 their support #turnupforme," informed Cyrus to her Twitter users in December last week about the change of plans. The twerk queen was originally scheduled to ring in the New Year at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, Florida alongside Pharrell Williams but she changed her plans at the last minute.

Miley instead was present at the Times Square in New York and ringed in the year 2014 by kissing host Ryan Seacrest. Do you think Miley should get involved in this case and make sure such things do not happen in future? Or should she just keep quiet?
