In Hollywood, it has always been chaos in every corner. One of the reasons would be paparazzi who can't seem to understand the word privacy when it comes to the lives of well-known celebrities. Yet, who could blame the paparazzi for being "too dedicated" to his job of taking photos of Justin Bieber?

Earlier this Tuesday, a "photographer" was struck and killed by another motorist in Los Angeles. The said photographer was trying to snap pictures of the 18-year-old pop sensation, Justin Bieber. The paparazzo saw Bieber's white Ferrari being pulled over by the California Highway Patrol but unfortunately this epic fail scenario ended in a tragic one.

Bieber wasn't behind the wheel when the accident took place - one of his friends Lil Twist borrowed Bieb's car but everyone is still blaming Justin Bieber for the accident. Bieber issued his "thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim" hoping that "this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation ... to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves."

The Beauty and a Beat singer has been pulled over many times these past few years and it makes a lot of moolah and dish for paparazzi when they snapped it. In times of such tragedies, celebrity friends would always come out to aid the other.

Of course, one of the paparazzi magnet, Miley Cyrus had something to say about the accident. Cyrus even went on to defend the 18-year old singer. The 20-year-old singer/actress tweeted:

"Hope thus paparazzi/JB accident brings on some change in '13 Paparazzi are dangerous! Wasn't Princess Di enough of a wake up call?!"

"It is unfair for anyone to put this on to Justin's [conscience] as well! This was bound to happen! Your mom teaches u when your a child not to play in the street! The chaos that comes with the paparazzi acting like fools makes it impossible for anyone to make safe choices," added Miley Cyrus.

While Miley may have her say on the matter, the family and friends of the victim have their own thoughts. Still, will the paparazzi ever learn their lesson this time or will another life be taken simply because of a good photo that shouldn't go to waste?
