Miley Cyrus has once again put the spotlight on herself by wearing another sexually explicit costume onstage for her “Milky Milky Milk” Tour. The “Party in The USA” singer wore an S&M bondage top with a prosthetic penis and fake breasts on Thursday, Nov. 19 in Chicago.

Fox News reports that Cyrus was in Chicago promoting her new album "Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz," while wearing out of this world costumes from moon boots to fake boobs. Aside from the sexually explicit costume, the singer also wore some letters that spell out the word “Do” as well as a smiling sun. She did some risqué antics too, such as rubbing a dancer’s chest and getting dollar bills stuffed in her mouth.

Cyrus has been known for pushing the envelope lately. She has a penchant for shocking people with her words, actions, songs and clothes. She likes to wear outrageous clothes like huge pink lips as a skirt, skimpy bodysuits and white go-go boots. Click here to see some of her wildest outfits, compiled by E!

She also appeared in a series of provocative pictures for Candy magazine, which were shot by photographer Terry Richardson.

This has been a huge and shocking departure from her once squeaky clean image in Disney’s “Hannah Montana.” However, because of the frequency of these controversial costumes from Cyrus, a lot of people have come to expect it from her now.

It’s a good thing her “Hannah Montana” Rock Star ID has recently expired, according to MTV. It just expired on Monday, which was also her 23rd birthday. It was even put on sale in Amazon for $5.95 (AU$8.21), plus shipping costs. Unfortunately for those interested in the Cyrus’ Rock Star ID, it’s now currently unavailable on the online shopping site.

In other Miley Cyrus news, the singer and actress has also released her colourful music video for “Lighter.” The new single from the "Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz" album was done in collaboration with The Flaming Lips. The band was with Cyrus in Chicago to promote the song and the psychedelic music video. The pop star directed the music video with Flaming Lips lead singer Wayne Coyne. She also posted the “Lighter” music video on her Facebook account.

Cyrus is currently on her “Milky Milky Milk” Tour which will travel to eight cities across Canada and the US. It will end on Saturday, Dec. 19 at LA’s The Wiltern.
