Miley Cyrus ‘Mentally Exhausted’, Is the Wedding Over?
Apparently, getting engaged to the boyfriend of three years is not enough to make Miley Cyrus as happy as possible. In the 18-year olds' latest tweets, Miley admits to being "mentally exhausted". Is this a sign that Miley and Liam's wedding won't be going as planned?
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth shocked fans, family and friends with the news of their engagement last May 31. With a history of an on-off and on-again relationship with the Australian actor of three years, the engagement was surprising enough news even for Liam Hemsworth's ex-girlfriend. Thankfully, Laura Griffin has no bitter bone in her body and had wished nothing but the best for the soon-to-be-wed couple.
"Nothing more or less than congratulations," said Griffin, adding: "He would know I meant it."
Despite the constant nag of web tabloids claiming that the couple is too young to get hitched, Miley and Liam are pushing through with the wedding. One highly-popular yet hated relationship advice columnist, Julia Allison, was among the few to say Miley and Liam's marriage was unlikely to last.
"Last is a relative term," explained Julia, adding, "Will they last 10 years? That would be remarkable. I doubt it. I would give it five or less. But really, [it's hard for] any celebrity relationship. I thought Demi [Moore] and Ashton [Kutcher] were going to last."
However, one tweet by Miley Cyrus led a few fans and relationship advice columnists to believe the engagement was not a good idea after all.
"Mentally exhausted," tweeted Miley Cyrus. "Crawling into bed. starting the last 50 Shades. ❤❤❤"
Hopefully, Miley's choice of book was enough to keep her mind set on good things or would give her a few ideas she'd likely try out for the honeymoon. Planning a wedding isn't entirely an easy job especially for an 18-year old teenager. Good thing, Miley has her mother, Tish Cyrus, and a few close friends ready to help her out. Like Miley's tweet last June 24, all the good people are best kept in while the others should be left out.
"If anyone you surround yourself with doesn't believe in you to the fullest then get them out of your life," tweeted Miley Cyrus.
