We hate to say it but is Miley Cyrus heading for a breakdown?

We've seen it in Britney Spears and it started with her when she shaved her head and started making headlines. After a few years, when Britney did a comeback, Lindsay Lohan followed suit, exposing herself and just recently did a whole topless sex scene in "The Canyons" movie. Lindsay too came out of rehab and has been doing great since she decided to clean up her act.

Amanda Bynes is also another child star, who is currently in rehab and is being treated for Schizophrenia. Just like Britney and Lilo, Amanda had gone through drastic changes such as posting lewd tweets in her twitter account, lashing back at anyone who tried to help her and certainly acting raunchy.

So, the question here is, Is Miley headed for a breakdown as well and is her recent nude photoshoot with risqué photographer Terry Richardson a cry for help?

Critics have said that her current "Bangerz" album did not live up to the expectations of many as the only good tracks were "We Can't Stop" and her latest single "Wrecking Ball". Her documentary was just released showing the side of Miley that most people do not know about and everything that got her into the headlines were tackled in the documentary.

Now, is Miley about to crack from all the pressure and criticism she has been receiving? Her latest back lash was towards Sinead O' Connor where the Irish, 43 year old singer had sent an open letter to Miley. Miley retaliated by joking about it on Twitter after she posted a tweet saying,

"Before Amanda Bynes, there was..." and a photo of Sinead O' Connor's tweets seeking medical help for a mental problem. Kind of below the belt it seems.

Sinead O' Connor reacted with a second open letter and this time she was as friendly as before. Is Miley Cyrus the next child star to land herself into rehab?
