She keeps getting it shorter and shorter. Just when fans think Miley Cyrus has kind of grown her pixie haircut to quite an extent, she has debuted a new look - a 90s inspired Bowl haircut! Shocked? So were her "Smilers" on various social media platforms when Miley was spotted with this new haircut in Los Angeles which is a tribute to Jim Carey's character Lloyd Christmas from the movie "Dumb & Dumber."

The "Wrecking Ball" singer was seen dressed in black ankle length trousers which were held up by braces which she paired off with a white top and boots. She added a touch of feminine zing by donning bright red lipstick. See the picture here. According to the fans on Twitter, Miley reminds them of Charlie Chaplin too with black pants and a white shirt. Due to this brand new look, she has in fact been the subject of mockery.
