Miley Cyrus is famous for her outlandish, bizarre and very revealing dresses. Who can forget the skin coloured latex bikini she wore at the MTV Video Music Awards when she created history by twerking with Robin Thicke? Or the cute cat printed dress she wore when she was performing at the European Music Awards? But what does her mother Tish Cyrus thinks about Miley's outlandish outfits? Well let's find out.

The 58-year-old is okay with the foam finger that Miley carried with her at the awards and is even fine with Miley showing off little bit of her bum cheeks in various outfits but she hated it when her 21-year-old daughter showed up in a nipple-revealing corset dress at in Las Vegas at the iHeartMusic Festival in 2013. "That's the only one I really didn't like," Tish told E! News saying she was there when Miley performed (and cried - remember?) on her emotional number "Wrecking Ball" wearing a very revealing dress which barely covered her daughter's breasts. Miley strategically covered her twin assets with black stick-on circles which were actually being highlighted in a white mesh dress.

Miley's elder sister Brandi Cyrus was there too with Tish and recalls how her mother was not in favour of Miley going to the stage wearing that dress. But Miley seems to get on her way, always.

"I was there for that," recalled Brandi, "and there was some tension."

"That's the only time ever. Now Miley's 21, so, you know," Tish clarified laughing. Yes now that Miley has turned 21-years-old on November 23 in 2013, she is free to smoke, drink and do whatever she wants to - legally.

We are happy to know that Miley's mommy disapproved of Miley showing too much skin but it is sad to know that her daughter does not listen to her opinion. If Miley's mommy did not approve of the dress, do you think Miley should have tried to cover up her nipples a bit more by at least wearing a bra underneath?
