Minecraft Xbox 360 Rolls out Title Update 11, Birthday Skin Pack Out & Updates for Railbusters Map
Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition is looking at two updates, one which has recently been rolled out and another planned with customization options already laid out.
Starting with the 11th title update, Venture Beat reports that Developer 4J Studios aims to bring a major overhaul for the game.
Already available for download, the update goes after the bugs, an increase in villages for the world, and warnings for a heads-up when you're reaching the limit.
Some of the fixes include the explosion lag time online, hanging fireballs for saved games, the spawn-limit overrun during breeding Mooshrooms, and the spawn-limit messages for those who are not attempting any spawning.
Here is a list of additions from the update, as per VG 24/7:
- A display message when the world reaches paintings and item-frames limit
- A display message when spawn limits prohibit animals to go on Love Mode
- Increased limit for paintings, villages, item frames, and snow golems in one world
- Warning message for those who are trying to spawn an enemy from a spawn egg when in Peaceful Mode
- Updated gravel texture on terrain mipmaps
- Reduced sound volume on Ghast enemy
Birthday skin pack up for download
In celebration of its one year birthday, 4J Studios has released a skin pack, which is already out on the XBLA at 156KB.
"In the past four days, over 2 million of you have downloaded the FREE 1st Birthday Skin Pack! Hope you are enjoying it," stated the official 4J Studios Twitter, as quoted by PingZine.
Railbusters gets an update
Aside from the TU 11, there's also news of the Railbusters finally getting some more progress. The latest build gets its inspiration from Ghostbusters.
"The support from the MC community has been overwhelming," said the creator nuropsych in a statement as quoted by The Examiner. "We have met some amazingly talented people through MC and to show our appreciation, we invited a few YouTube MC builders to join the map and add something."
There's no news on the release date as of yet, but the map has already been in production for two months.
