Miranda Kerr Indulges In Burger And Fries While In The Nude
Miranda Kerr shows that despite having an enviable body, she can enjoy a burger or two. The model is not shy about showing she can eat burger too, and even fries, posting a picture of her enjoying one while naked.
Kerr took to her Instagram on Wednesday and shared a picture of herself enjoying a big meal of burger and fries, going against stereotypical notions that models do not eat. Moreover, probably super hungry after attending the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2016 Resort Collection show, the picture showed her forgetting to don an outfit — eating her “naughty meal” in the nude. Kerr uploaded the photo and captioned it with an explanation as to why she is eating the otherwise “cheat” meal. "After show indulgence... It's all about a balance #80/20rule,” she wrote.
It can be remembered that the Australian model told Body and Soul magazine once that she does not prohibit herself from enjoying non-diet foods. The mother of one shared that she can feast on a wide range of foods such as eggs, chicken, sauerkraut, salad, almond butter and even Pavlova. She also explained that the only things she keeps low on her diet are sugar and wheat. However, it does not mean she does not eat anything sweet anymore. She shared that she indulges once in a while, and help herself to a healthy serving of vegetables, meat, fruit, and nuts all the time. She is more focused on having the right nutrients on her body as opposed to counting calories or starving herself that would make her look thin and yet unhealthy.
She loses whatever extra weight she might gain by engaging in regular exercise. “I like to exercise every day but I mix it up. I may even just put some music on and let Flynn dance around while I hold the plank position for 10 minutes to strengthen my core,” she shared. She also shared that she loves to do yoga just so she can stay balanced and energized. She explained that yoga can be good for the body posture, especially after a long flight. She explained yoga can “awaken the body.”
