Miranda Kerr: South Korean Woman Transforms Herself to Look Like Australian Supermodel Idol [PHOTOS]
Supermodel Miranda Kerr has a lot of fans admiring her for her stylish looks, but a South Korean woman appears to be fixated on the Australian beauty. The fan of the Victoria's Secret Angel has been identified as Yuh Reum Hong who admitted that she went through tremendous lengths of transforming herself to look like Miranda Kerr.
Ms Hong revealed on the Korean television show "Alien Virus" that she has gone through plastic surgery, hair dye, contact lenses and a lot of makeup to alter her eyes and nose in order to be Miranda Kerr's look-alike. However, the Asian fan's obsession on the Aussie model does not stop there.
The Miranda Kerr clone further confessed that the walls in her bedroom has been covered with images of the supermodel and she tries really hard to wear Miranda's dresses and outfits so she will look so much like her in every way.
In her appearance at the Korean TV show Alien Virus, Yuh Reum Hong claims the reason why she is imitating Miranda Kerr is to help in promoting the Aussie beauty to the South Korean crowd. Ms Hong added that she was really disappointed that her supermodel idol is not really popular in South Korea unlike in other countries where almost everybody knows the name Miranda Kerr and her face.
So, where was Miranda Kerr amidst the appearance of her Asian doppelganger on the Internet? The 30-year-old mum was spotted out in New York City on Sunday, October 6, with her son Flynn.
Of course, the duo were adorable and stylish as ever with the former Angel wearing a black maxi dress and aviator shades while little Flynn turned heads with his cute outfit of tartan trousers and leather cap. The handsome little child was all smiles while holding mum Miranda's hand as they crossed the street and the paparazzi captured images.
In the mean time, it has been recently confirmed that Miranda Kerr will become the new face of Swarovski. Ms Kerr will be featured in the brand's upcoming campaign which is scheduled for a November 2013 release.
