The mysterious Motorola X phone pops up again with another leaked image and confirms testing as the XT1056 on Sprint's LTE network. Moto X phone sports 4.7-inch of screen display, dual-core processor and 10MP rear-facing camera.

Sprint variant of the Moto X phone or Motorola XT1056 finally showed up again via leaked image after FCC filing since AT&T. The outsourced photo of the Motorola XT1056 seems to be legit with a note "Motorola Confidential Property" indicating that it is under testing and not for resale at this time.

AT&T FCC Filing

AT&T XFON landed recently at FCC featuring 5G blazing Wi-Fi and NFC radio under the model number XT1058. AT&T variant of the Moto X phone which was also known as XFON or Ghost featured Wi-Fi speed similar to the Samsung Galaxy S4 with Bluetooth and NFC connectivity.

According to the source, XFON cited a display resolution of 1196 x 720 pixels with on-screen navigational buttons and FCC stamp prominently shown at the back cover of the device. The FCC stamp also indicates that the XFON has a sealed battery compartment.

Sprint FCC Filing

Motorola XT1056 model is the variant from Sprint network and being tested for the 4G LTE connectivity which believed to be the same one which passed the FCC filing for AT&T. In addition to its certification for 4G LTE, Moto X phone also passed in HSPA+ 21 Mbps on 850, 1900 & 2100Mhz bands category and SIM-locked for all United States network carriers. Motorola XT1056 has been certified with NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy & Enhanced Data Rate and 802.11ac similar to AT&T model.

Moto X phone is known as Motorola XT1060 for the Verizon Wireless network.

The FCC filing revealed more than just network carriers and connectivity. Moto X phone specifications were also exposed such as:

- 4.5-4.7 inches of 720p screen display

- 1196 x 720 pixel resolution

- Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS

- 1.7GHz dual-core MSM8960 ARM Cortex A15 processor

- 2GB of RAM

- 16GB on-board storage

- 10MP primary camera

- 2MP secondary camera

- Removable battery

These specifications are still speculations according to several sources and any release hasn't been confirmed yet. All we know is that Motorola will return into the smartphone arena very soon.
