Motorola To Start Taking Pre-orders For Moto X, Moto 360 Will Be Back On Sale
Recently, Motorola launched the second generation of its Moto X series of smartphones. The company announced the New Moto X along with several other products. The company announces that starting September 16, it will be taking pre-orders for Moto X along with Moto Hint and Motorola Turbocharger. Motorola add that the Moto 360 will also be back on sale.
The new Moto X has quite a sleek design where its metal frame could rival other smartphones like the ones coming from HTC and Apple. It has a metal accent and users can have different options for its back cover such as the colourful variants, real woods and leathers that can be customised according to the choice of the user.
The new Moto X is quite bigger than the previous Moto X sporting a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED 1,080p full HD display, protected by corning gorilla Glass 3. It runs on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat powered by a quad-core 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor having 2GB of RAM. The new Moto X has a 13MP rear and 2MP 1,080p front cameras. It has dual front speakers and its battery capacity is of up to 2,300mAh.
The new Moto X for AT&T will cost $99 for users having a new two-year of contract or users can also avail $499 new Moto X without contract. Another offer is the Moto X Pure Edition that will cost $499 without contract. Moto Hint is a wireless earbud that can be used via bluetooth and it can be purchased for $149.99. The company's new charger, the Motorola Turbocharger will cost $34.99. The company claims that its fastest charger can add 8 hours of battery life to the latest Moto smartphones.
Lastly, Motorola 360 will also be available for purchase online. Moto 360 was sold out immediately after it was made available in September 5. On Tuesday it will also be back on sale, but the company claims that there is only limited stocks. So to those that are interested to purchase the smartwatch, should order it online as soon as possible. The shipment details will be available on Tuesday, according to the announcement.
