The 54th Oscar Awards was a night to talk about from the winners, the gowns to the after parties that caused such hype. From Angelina Jolie's famous right leg to Jennifer Lopez's nip slip, there's one thing that also caused quite a Hollywood stir. It was none other than "Black Swan's" Natalie Portman obviously large and lovely ring.

Natalie Portman hit the red carpet sans the baby bump but this time she attended with her beau, Benjamin Millepied. Though it wasn't their presence that caused quite the talk but what they both were wearing during the Oscar Awards night. The couple was both wearing wedding bands and it was Portman's flashy ring that caught the paparazzi's eye.

Though it's obvious enough that Portman would likely answer a direct question if whether she did or did not get hitched, her jeweler answers the burning question instead. Jamie Wolf, the jeweler of the couple, confirmed that the sparkly rings worn by the duo were indeed wedding bands.

In an interview with E! News, Wolf shared about the rings designs and the materials of which they were made from. Milliepied's ring was made of a simple platinum band whereas Natalie's ring was a custom two diamond band. Both rings are eco-friendly as each were created from conflict-free diamonds and recycled materials. Although Wolf might has spoken up about the rings, she refused to speak up on whether Portman did secretly marry Millepied or not.

"I designed the rings worn by Benjamin Millepied and Natalie Portman," said Wolf. "The style of the rings by definition are wedding rings. I can neither confirm nor deny the marriage of Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied, as that is not information I am privy to. I designed rings for the couple and cannot attach meaning to those items."

With that said, it is best for the fans of the couple to wait for their formal announcement. Married or not married, they look wonderful together and with one kid in the family who knows there might be another one on the way. All that's left to be done is to congratulate Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied.
