Lindsay Lohan ended 2011 without going on probation, a court hearing and even cutting short of her community service. However, the actress didn't have much to celebrate on New Year's Eve when a man came to her home and caused quite a ruckus.

Lonnie Short, said trespasser, gave the actress an unexpected visit on New Year's Eve. The 64-year old allegedly trespassed Lindsay's property at her Venice Beach home and demanded the actress to step out of her house to meet him. Lindsay Lohan immediately contacted the police of who made no delays in arriving and detaining Short.

"Officers were sent out on a service call to the home," shares Lieutenant Munoz of the LAPD Pacific Station in a post by Daily Mail.

"Ms. Lohan called police who arrived and detained the man for trespass after Ms Lohan asked for him to be arrested," continued Munoz.

Short, on the other hand, pled no contest for his misdemeanor on account of his trespassing during a hearing made by the LA City Attorney which was posted on TMZ. Still, he was sentenced 8 days time in the county jail and 24 months probation. The photograph of the arrest as shown below.

As for Lindsay Lohan, she managed to complete her community service commitments. The actress managed to complete 12 days of her janitorial duty at the LA morgue.

"She has been the perfect guest," shared L.A. Coroner Chief Craig Harvey.

Apart from her community service, Lindsay has been dedicated in attending her therapy sessions. By January 17, the actress is said to complete another 12 days duty at the LA morgue plus attend three more therapy sessions.

The actress is still to complete around 53 days of community service at the morgue and dutifully attend 18 therapy sessions by the month of March. Her failure to do so would of course lead her to a 270-day jail sentence which was mainly because of her necklace theft case and her DUI case. She won't have to worry about her trespasser, Lonnie Short, because she won't be seeing him or deal with him any longer, for two long years, actually.
