Existing T-Mobile customers can still purchase the Google smart phone with an adequate upgrade and it will cost US$99.99 on a two-year agreement.

The new customers who wish to buy the Nexus 4 with Costco will be faced with the commission and billing requirements of the new Value Plans. Future T-Mobile customers who will purchase the Nexus 4 and then sign-up with the special offer of unlimited 4G data through the Classic Plan will have a US$30 credit on their bill.

The corporate-owned T-Mobile retail stores will be the only ones capable of offering the Google Nexus 4 smart phones without a contract and subsidy.
