Device enthusiasts will be delighted to know that the Nokia Lumia 521 smart phone's availability at T-Mobile will be on May 22. The Windows Phone 8 device with the Wi-Fi calling feature will be put up on sale at the T-Mobile's stores and web site with the affordable price of $150.

The Nokia Lumia smart phone can be purchased as well for a $30 down then $5 worth of installments for 24 months. Nokia Lumia 521 features a 4-inch touch screen display, 5MP camera capable of 720p HD video recording, support on HSPA+, the variety of Microsoft services and additional Nokia apps.

For the Wi-Fi calling feature, it will allow the Nokia Lumia 521 owners to make a phone call in areas with little or even without network coverage. According to T-Mobile, a wireless router and Internet connection will be needed in order to place a successful phone call.

Another benefit that the Nokia user can get from the Wi-Fi calling feature is savings. For example, the Nokia Lumia 521 owner who places a phone call outside of the United States will have a deduction based only on the local fees with the elimination of the roaming fees. According to the Ubergizmo report, the Nokia Lumia 521 Wi-Fi calling feature's over-the-air (OTA) update will be available on May 20, 2013 for the consumers who purchased their smart phones from HSN, Walmart, T-Mobile and other authorized dealers. The report further added that all of the Nokia Lumia 521 smart phones which will be on sale this May 22, 2013 will already have with the Wi-Fi calling feature.
