Harry Styles might have gotten lucky with one Australian teenager named, Sjana Earp but he didn't get so lucky with another Aussie lady "down under." The One Direction curly-haired cutie had been turned down by the Australian presenter, Samantha Armytage. According to Samantha, Harry was "flirting" with him but things didn't turn out quite as Harry had expected.

Here's proof that the boys of One Direction can also face rejection. If Katy Perry "friend zoned" Niall Horan, Harry Styles was "son zoned" by a woman he was flirting with in Australia. "Directioners" know Harry Styles has a penchant for older women. Obviously, Harry couldn't stop himself from flirting with a gorgeous older lady during 1D's interview.

During an interview backstage at the Melbourne Rod Laver Arena, Harry had zoned in on the Sunrise Show host, Samantha Armytage aged 36. According to Samantha, Harry was "flirting" with her.

"Harry was very open and talked about women. He did say he didn't care about age. And there was a lot of flirting from him - and it wasn't just in one direction. It went in both directions," stated Samantha.

Yet, the flirting did Harry no good. Despite Samantha admitting Harry was a "very clever boy", apparently that was all Harry would be - a "boy."

"He did invite me for a round of golf. He is far too young. And I'm too old for him. I prefer older men. I'm old enough to be his mother," stated the Australian presenter.

Thankfully, another Australian lady was available to catch Harry's dejected heart. Sjana Earp caused quite the Twitter meltdown when she had tweeted all about her McDonald's date with Harry Styles.

"Harry knows how to make friends; he buys them Maccas. Thanks maaaate," stated Earp on her Instagram account.

Yet, contrary to reports claiming Harry is now dating the Australian hottie, Sjana had cleared the rumours up on her Twitter account.

"i'm not a model, my twitter is not @sjanaelise that is a fake, you misquoted me on several occasions and i'm not dating Harry x. For privacy reasons, it is my choice not to talk about it and give details as it is no concern to others:) people are people afterall, Regardless of their reputation. And having a private/personal life is something i think we should all be able to have.. I'd appreciate if everyone could respect that, not just of me or Harry but of EVERYONE," stated Earp.
