Original vampire Elijah Mikaelson (Daniel Gillies) is determined to find and save Rebekah (Claire Holt) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) after deciding to save Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) first from the powerful witches seeking revenge. Another promo video for "The Originals" Episode 14 titled "Long Way Back From Hell" show Elijah and Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) having a discussion on the search for his siblings before taking off his suit that made Hayley pause for a moment and look shocked.

The Wet Paint report speculates something is wrong with Elijah and he is also in danger just like his siblings as Celeste (Shannon Kane), Genevieve (Elyse Levesque) and Bastianna (Shannon Eubanks) carry out their revenge plan on the Mikaelson family. Executive producer Julie Plec teased in the E!Online TV Scoop report that the Original family is definitely under attack.

"This whole witch chapter has definitely shown us that the resurrected witches have a mission and it's personal. They get as close to succeeding at tearing apart this family as possibly we've ever seen and the outcome of what it is that the witches do to our Original family will have eternal repercussions for their dynamic," Ms Plec revealed.

The executive producer further added that Episode 14 will have really crazy things going down: "We go outside of the Quarter and we put Rebekah and Klaus into a trapped situation in a creepy, horrible, messed up sanitarium from back in the day, and Genevieve, working between the two of them, enacts her revenge. We'll learn why Genevieve's revenge is so specifically targeted towards Rebekah and what exactly she's going to do to make Rebekah suffer as much as possible."

The episode synopsis in the Hypable report reads: "REBEKAH'S PAST CATCHES UP WITH HER - When Rebekah finds herself locked up in the sanatorium where she worked in 1919, she realizes a witch named Genevieve (guest star Elyse Levesque) is back to seek revenge and to reveal dark secrets that would destroy Rebekah if exposed. A distraught Elijah turns to Marcel and Hayley for help when one of his decisions puts Klaus and Rebekah's lives in danger. With time working against them, Marcel realizes he may hold valuable information that could lead them to Rebekah and Klaus, but revealing it will almost certainly result in deadly consequences."

"The Originals" returns on Tuesday night, Feb. 25, at 8 pm ET on the CW Network with Episode 14 "Long Way Back From Hell."
