"The Originals" makes a crazy return with Episode 14 titled "Long Way Back From Hell" where the resurrected witches Celeste (Shannon Kane), Bastianna (Shannon Eubanks) and Genevieve (Elyse Levesque) have Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Rebekah (Claire Holt) captured. The released CW promo photos for the upcoming episode reveal Rebekah's acquaintance with Genevieve before the two became rivals.

It looks like Rebekah will be the target in the upcoming episode as she deals with her past and deep dark secrets the hard way. Genevieve puts her revenge plan against the Original blonde vampire in motion and it could destroy Rebekah if the red-haired witch succeeds in revealing her secrets.

The promo photos in the Examiner report show Rebekah facing Genevieve in the sanatorium where they both worked as nurses back in 1919. Flashback scenes also reveal the two characters attending a party, having drinks and a girl talk. Click HERE to see photos.

Meanwhile, a worried Elijah (Daniel Gillies) will be asking help from Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) to save his siblings from the powerful witches. The synopsis for "The Originals" Episode 14 in the Wet Paint report reads: "When Rebekah (Claire Holt) finds herself locked up in the sanatorium where she worked in 1919, she realizes a witch named Genevieve (guest star Elyse Levesque) is back to seek revenge and to reveal dark secrets that would destroy Rebekah if exposed. A distraught Elijah (Daniel Gillies) turns to Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) for help when one of his decisions puts Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Rebekah's lives in danger. With time working against them, Marcel realizes he may hold valuable information that could lead them to Rebekah and Klaus, but revealing it will almost certainly result in deadly consequences."

The intense story of the CW spin-off series currently escalates and fans will be pleased that "The Originals" gets renewed for Season 2 to continue the shocking twists in the TV series plot. Mark Pedowiz, the CW Network President, confirmed the news after "The Originals" delivered the highest Tuesday ratings for the TV network in years.

According to the Fashion & Style report, "The Originals" star Joseph Morgan excitedly shared the news to his followers on Twitter.
