'Outlander' Season 2 spoilers: It takes more than courage to beat an army
The war to preserve the Highland culture has now begun in earnest in “Outlander” Season 2. A preview video of episode 9 shows how the Scotsmen prepare for battle and Jamie doing his part.

Jamie (Sam Heughan) will emerge as the natural leader of his men and will take personal responsibility to train them in the next episode. The preview video of the next episode shows the men marching through the highlands and preparing to do battle.
Dougal (Graham McTavish) will join the Jacobite army on the way and he can be seen having a conversation with Jamie. The young Scotsman tells his uncle that the men with him are his men, his clan and he knows how to prepare them for what’s coming.
“It takes more than courage to beat an army,” Jamie will tell his men while training. In order to beat the British, the Scotsmen will have to become well trained soldiers. They will have to learn that it takes a lot of discipline in order to win.
Starz has also released a video featuring cast members Caitriona Balfe (Claire) and Heughan talking about the most recent episode of “Outlander” Season 2. Executive Producer Ronald D. Moore also appears in the video and he says that the war against the British has now begun in earnest. Heughan pointed out that the Frasers tried their best to stop the rebellion in France, but it is still going ahead.
Prince Charles (Andrew Gower) has already landed in Scotland and is raising his army. While, Jamie’s initial plan was to sabotage the Prince; he now wants to do everything he can to help the Jacobite Rebellion succeed.
Moore said that “Outlander” Season 2 begins to look like a sort of war story, after the Frasers have returned to Scotland. Claire knows that the rebellion is doomed, but Balfe said that the couple has no choice but to fight at the moment.
