Tobias Menzies, the actor who plays the dual roles of Frank and Jack Randall in “Outlander,” answered some of the questions by fans on social media. The actor spoke about what it was like filming in Glasgow, Scotland and how he gave fellow cast member Sam Heughan a “wedgie.”

In a chat about the show on Twitter, Tobias Menzies answered some of the questions by the fans. The producers of the show created a recap of all the answers on the official Twitter account of the TV series for all the fans to see.

Mimi Fraser, one of the fans, asked the actor how his relationship with Sam Heughan changed in real life after filming the second part of the first season of “Outlander.” Tobias Menzies said that he still gave his fellow cast member a “wedgie.”

Talking about filming for the show in Glasgow, the actor said the things he liked the most during the shoot were the people of the city, the rain and the landscape. He said that the filming locations felt “ancient.” He added that he liked to walk around the city of Glasgow, and he also revealed the white socks he was wearing while he was there.

One of the fans asked Tobias Menzies to pick his favourite character among those he played so far, and the actor picked Jack Randall from “Outlander,” also known as Black Jack. The actor later revealed that his family members preferred his role as Frank over Jack in the TV series.

The actor also gave a hint about what the fans can expect in the next part of the first season. The actor said that he had a difficult time preparing for a scene from Wentworth and later added that the producers have attempted to remain “pretty faithful to the book” in terms of how explicit the scene is. He described the scene to be “uncomfortable” for the viewers.

One of the fans asked Tobias Menzies about what Frank Randall would have done if he had been the one travelling through time in “Outlander.” The actor said that the one thing would be not falling in love with Jamie Fraser.
