The Oxford University women's rugby team took everything off, except for their socks and boots, to raise funds for mental health awareness.

The beneficiary - Mind Your Head - is an organization that aims to raise awareness of mental illness, to fight the stigma associated with it, and to improve student mental wellbeing.

The calendars are sold for £10 each, in which £1 will go to the said beneficiary.

Club captain Tatiana Cutts, who is a law PhD student at Keble College, endured the climate for a cause which she treats as worthy.

"Mostly hilarious, really very cold, and absolutely worth it for such a good cause." Cutts told The Daily Mail.

"We were lucky it was a sunny day, but I was still absolutely freezing in the picture. We ended up in the river twice, it was utterly miserable."

The ladies took inspiration from their male counterpart, which released a calendar of the same concept earlier.

"We saw the success of the men's calendar last year and while were helping to sell them at matches people said "if it was your team in the pictures, we would buy one." said Club president Elizabeth Dubois.

"Playing rugby is certainly an opportunity to build skill and physical strength, but it is also a chance to release stress, form a social support structure, and feel welcomed"

The calendar may be purchased here.
