Paris Hilton's 17-year-old brother crashed into two parked cars Saturday in Hollywood, Los Angeles police said.

Conrad Hilton was drunk after partying at Key Club West, police said.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Hilton exchanged his identification information with the one of the drivers of the crashed vehicles and to a witness.

"By the time the police arrived at the scene Conrad had left but he had exchanged his details with the second driver and a witness. He complied with the law and as there were no known injuries, he did not have to stay at the scene after exchanging his information," said LAPD Sgt. O.C. Smith.

Hilton's car has to be towed away and impounded. He is following the footsteps of older brother Barron, who was arrested for DUI in 2008.

The older Hilton pleaded guilty on the charges pressed against him. He was placed on probation for three years, fined $2,000 and ordered to attend alcohol education classes, which he successfully completed.

Socialite and hotel heiress Paris Hilton has also been charged with two misdemeanors - driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher in 2006.

The heiress, driving her silver Mercedes-Benz SLR in Hollywood, took a Breathalyzer test showing her blood alcohol level to be 0.08, the minimum required for a DUI arrest in California.

Hilton, who was briefly handcuffed, was released at 3 a.m. on her own recognizance and was driven home by her publicist, Elliot Mintz.
