Paul Walker Funeral Details

Two weeks after his death in a car crash the funeral of late Actor Paul Walker is set to take place this weekend. But the official date is not yet finalized. Two memorial services are set.

The funeral will be a small event for family and close friends by invitation only. Reportedly, the cast and crew of "The Fast and The Furious" will attend the funeral. The "Fast & Furious" staff were close to Walker as he shared strong bonding with most of them. So the family understands that the crew of "Fast & Furious" are inconsolable like them in the vein of his demise and the funeral will help them deal with the grief.

The Walker's family prime concern is Walker's 15-year-old daughter, Meadow, who is going through this testing time. They don't want a huge gathering surrounding Meadow as it could cause more distress to already grieving daughter, sources close to Walker's family told TMZ. Hence the funeral will be by invitation only as well as the funeral memorial.

The "Fast & Furious" star will ultimately put to rest at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills. On Dec. 9, the coroner's office has handed over Walker's body and remains to Forest Lawn Mortuaries. On Sunday, Dec. 8, countless of fans come together at the memorial car rally at the crash site to pay tribute to the late star.

Walker's Twitter pages have declared an imminent global homage to the star. The messages posted on Twitter read:

A message posted on Facebook also noted: "We've seen the most incredible outpouring of support from Paul Walker fans over the past week. To those who have attended the many tributes worldwide, posted heartfelt messages online, and supported his charity Reach Out Worldwide -- we'd just like to say THANK YOU. Your gestures of love have meant so much. We promise to keep you updated via Paul's Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, including on our plans for a global tribute. - Team PW"
