Ballas noted TMZ claims that Toscano’s appearance on the dancing competition is news to him.
"I just got told after Tom announced it. We aren't allowed to know stuff like that," Ballas said People magazine was reportedly telling reporters after the results show this week.
But he promised one thing: "I can't tell you the song, but it will probably be something slow and romantic."
