Pippa Middleton wedding details: Princess Charlotte and Prince George to walk down the aisle, socialite looking forward to a quiet life
Every since her royal sister’s wedding in 2011, Pippa Middleton has been enjoying her time in the spotlight -- as a reporter, an author and a socialite. The past few weeks have been particularly focused on the younger sister as her own wedding draws closer and details of the same are revealed.
A source of Us Magazine revealed that Pippa will have family members in the wedding party. And while this is suspected not to include the Duchess of Cambridge -- who might take up too much of the spotlight -- Prince George and Princess Charlotte are expected to walk down the aisle before Pippa. “Princess Charlotte is going to be one of the flower girls,” the source said. “They’re planning for Prince George to be a page boy.” The children's mother, Kate Middleton, might be a reader in the ceremony as well.
The media has generally been hanging onto every wedding detail that is slowly being filtered to the public. What follows after information is leaked is a frenzy of news articles, all of which Pippa has not officially confirmed nor denied. Nevertheless, People Magazine reported that she is excited about her life after the wedding.
A source of the publication claimed that Pippa and her fiance, James Matthews, want to keep the wedding as private as possible. Furthermore, they each have a “deep desire” to step out of the spotlight in their shared future. A separate source confirmed that the couple is looking forward to being able to settle down, “having children and leading a quiet life.”
Pippa’s wedding to hedge fund manager Matthews is scheduled for May 20, 2017. The ceremony will be held in the St Mark’s Church in Englefield, Berkshire. A reception will follow at the Middleton estate, which is just a few miles away. Matthews proposed to the 33-year-old socialite in July 17 with a gorgeous ring, which was reportedly of his own design.
